How does TestDepot work?

Some treatments require lab work before prescribing. Others (like ED medications) only require a consultation. Your provider will clarify what applies to your situation.
What states do you operate in?
Florida only at the moment. Expansion to additional states is in progress.
Who are your providers?
All TestDepot providers are US-licensed physicians or physician assistants with specific expertise in hormone optimization and men’s health. You’re not getting a random urgent care doc reading from a script. You’re getting someone who does this every day.
How do I contact support?
Email support@testdepot.com. We respond within 24 hours, usually faster.
What if I’m having a medical emergency?
Call 911 immediately. TestDepot is not an emergency medical service.

Which lab panel should I choose?
Essentials: Basic qualification screening. Are you a candidate for hormone therapy?
Performance: Hormonal optimization. Free T, SHBG, IGF-1, vitamins, metabolic panel.
Complete Health: Adds thyroid, fasting insulin, lipid panel, A1C. Root cause medicine.
Longevity Pro: Everything. LH/FSH, inflammation markers, cardiovascular risk, full nutritional status.

Where do I get my blood drawn?
At your local LabCorp. After you order labs, we send a scheduling link. Choose your location, pick a time, show up. Results come back to us automatically.
How long do results take?
Essentials and Performance: 1-3 business days. Complete Health and Longevity Pro: 3-5 business days. We notify you when everything is in and schedule your consultation.
Do I need to fast?
Essentials and Performance: No fasting required. Complete Health and Longevity Pro: Yes, 12 hours of fasting is required for accurate metabolic markers. Water and black coffee are fine.
Can I use my own recent labs?
Yes, if they’re from within the last 90 days and include all required markers. Email them to support@testdepot.com with your name, date of birth, and date of draw. We review within 24 hours.
Are follow-up labs included with treatment?
Yes. Ongoing Essentials Panel labs are included with hormone therapy subscriptions at no extra charge. Higher-tier follow-up panels are available anytime at their listed prices.

Who qualifies for TRT?
Men with clinically low testosterone confirmed by lab work, combined with symptoms (fatigue, low libido, brain fog, loss of muscle mass, mood changes). Your provider reviews your labs, symptoms, and health history to determine if TRT is appropriate. We don’t prescribe to men who don’t need it.
What’s included in a TRT subscription?
Testosterone, aromatase inhibitor (if needed), all supplies, shipping, ongoing Essentials labs, and unlimited provider consultations. One price, everything included.
What if I’m not a candidate for treatment?
We tell you honestly. If your labs don’t support hormone therapy, your provider will explain why and discuss alternatives: thyroid testing, metabolic optimization, lifestyle factors, or other root causes. You’re not wasting money on labs. You’re getting a definitive answer.
Do you prescribe controlled substances via telehealth?
Yes. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. Florida telehealth regulations allow us to prescribe it following proper evaluation, lab work, and provider consultation. We follow all DEA and state medical board requirements.
What makes your testosterone different?
We use MCT oil-based compounds from accredited compounding pharmacies. MCT oil means smaller needles, smoother injections, and no inflammatory seed oils. Our primary pharmacy partner (Strive) holds triple accreditation: LegitScript, PCAB, and NABP. Less than 1% of US compounding pharmacies achieve this.
Can I get ED medication without lab work?
Yes. ED treatments (Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Vardenafil) require a consultation but no lab work. Trimix and PT-141 may require additional evaluation depending on your situation.
How quickly will I feel results from TRT?
Most men notice initial changes in energy and mood within 2-4 weeks. Libido improvements often follow in weeks 3-6. Body composition changes (muscle gain, fat loss) typically become noticeable around 8-12 weeks. Full optimization takes 3-6 months as we dial in your protocol based on follow-up labs and how you feel.

Do you accept insurance?
No. We don’t accept insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or cost-sharing plans. This keeps pricing transparent and eliminates the coverage denials and prior authorization games that delay treatment.
Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes. Most TestDepot services are HSA/FSA eligible.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Lab costs, consultation fees, supplies, and shipping are either included or listed separately upfront. No surprise charges.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Treatment plans are month-to-month or single-purchase. Annual and semi-annual plans offer savings but aren’t required.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No penalties. No hassle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
Shipping & refills
How do I get my medication?
Shipped directly to your door from our partner pharmacies. Discreet packaging. No logos or treatment descriptions on the outside.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 7-10 days of ordering. Expedited shipping available if needed.
How do refills work?
We track your prescription cycle and send refill reminders before you run out. Approve your refill, and it ships automatically. No gaps in treatment.
What if my shipment is delayed or lost?
Contact us immediately. We’ll track the shipment and expedite a replacement if necessary. You won’t go without medication because of a shipping issue.

Is TestDepot legitimate?
Yes. We’re a telehealth provider operating in Florida with specialist physicians and licensed practitioners, accredited pharmacy partners, and full compliance with state and federal regulations. Our primary pharmacy partner holds LegitScript, PCAB, and NABP accreditation.
Which pharmacies do you use?
Our primary partner is Strive Pharmacy (St. Louis, MO), which holds triple accreditation and operates a 50,000 sq ft facility dedicated to telehealth hormone therapy. We also work with regional partners including Anazao Health (Tampa, FL), Myerlee Pharmacy (Fort Myers, FL), and Absolute Pharmacy (Lutz, FL) for redundancy and specialized formulations.
