Medical Director
Lewis Spangler, MD

Dr. Spangler has practised emergency medicine for twenty years and served nine years in the United States Navy. For the last seventeen he has focused on men’s health and hormone optimisation, and he sets the clinical protocols every TestDepot patient is treated under.
As Medical Director he sets the protocols the practice treats under and oversees the clinical team.

DeVette LoVerde is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and holds a doctorate in nursing practice. She came to men’s health from critical care nursing, and sees TestDepot patients in Fort Myers for testosterone therapy, hormone optimisation and weight management.
She handles consultations and ongoing follow-up, adjusting dose and protocol as a patient’s labs and symptoms change.
