We do not accept returns for prescription products. All sales are final. Due to legal restrictions, prescription medications ordered by you cannot be returned to our compounding pharmacy for re-use or re-sale. If you believe there was an error with your prescription medication, please get in touch with us at support@testdepot.com.
Subscription Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, these subscriptions are non-refundable; all sales are final.
Diagnostic Labs Policy
All sales for diagnostic labs are final and cannot be refunded.
