How does it work?

1. Message Us For Free: Provide us with your contact info, and we will reach out for free to discuss your treatment options and answer any questions.

2. Schedule Labs*: We require your lab panels to start any tailored testosterone therapy. If this applies to you, our staff will order and help you schedule bloodwork at your local LabCorp.

3. Consult Provider: Discuss your labs and potential treatment options in a no-obligation consultation. We include all subsequent telehealth calls and bloodwork with your treatment program.

4. Receive Your Meds: Once you and your provider decide on a treatment plan, we will ship your high-quality medications directly and discreetly from our pharmacy to your door. It is that simple.

*If you are interested in Testosterone Therapy (TRT), Enclomiphene, Clomiphene, or hCG, we require you to get bloodwork before we can prescribe any treatment.

What states is TestDepot available?

TestDepot is currently operating in Florida. We will be expanding to other states shortly.

What if I’m having a medical emergency?

In an emergency, please call 9-1-1 immediately.

Who are the healthcare professionals?

All doctors and physician assistants on our team are US-licensed healthcare professionals.

Treatment Questions

How do I get my medication?

If your provider approves you for treatment, we will discreetly ship your prescriptions directly to your door for free.

Who can receive treatments?

To undergo treatments, patients need to be at least 21 years of age. We require bloodwork that includes CBC, total Testosterone, total PSA, and Estradiol as part of the diagnosis process. Qualification will also depend on the judgment of a medical professional. Some medical conditions may prevent treatment. Also, you must be a resident or physically in one of the states we provide services to.

Where do my prescriptions come from?

A licensed provider prescribes all your medications, and an FDA-registered pharmacy in the USA dispenses. We only prescribe your medications after a medical screening and provider consultation. We use the following pharmacies:

I have labs from another clinic. Can I use them?

If you are not on any testosterone-boosting therapy, you can submit labs to us from the last six months. If you have been using a testosterone therapy, the labs need to be from within the last 90 days. The labs must include a CBC, total PSA, total Testosterone, and Estradiol. Please contact us or email support@testdepot.com if you have questions.

Who will be my provider?

We will link you with an expert provider who:

1. Has a deep understanding of your symptoms and concerns
2. Is qualified to address all your questions, diagnose your symptoms, and treat you accordingly
3. Will educate you about the potential risks and benefits of the various treatment options based on medical literature and significant prior experience in the field

Financial Questions

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept public or private health insurance plans, cost-sharing plans, or other similar payment methods. Clients are solely responsible for the cost of their service.

How much do the treatments cost?

Prices vary based on your specific program and the treatment options available. We provide all pricing upfront before you receive any bills, and the pricing is inclusive of all charges. We never stick any hidden fees in the fine print. The price for a program is front and center.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No, we provide our treatment programs on a month-to-month or single-purchase basis. We do not require you to sign up for any long-term contracts.

What if I want to cancel a subscription?

You can cancel at any time. It is that simple.
