Return and Refund Policy

TestDepot is a medical practice providing prescription products and diagnostic services. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain strict policies on returns and refunds. Please review the details below carefully before making a purchase. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Returns

Prescription products cannot be returned, and all sales are final. Legal restrictions prohibit the return of prescription medications to our compounding pharmacy for reuse or resale. If you believe there was an error with your prescription medication, please contact us immediately at support@testdepot.com, and we will address the issue promptly.

Subscription Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically, and customers are notified at least 3 days in advance of each renewal. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges; however, subscription payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

At TestDepot’s sole discretion, a refund for a subscription payment may be issued if the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of the most recent renewal date and no product has been shipped. If approved, the refund will be issued minus credit card processing fees (typically 2.5%–3.5% of the transaction amount plus approximately $0.30 per transaction) and any applicable chargeback fees (approximately $30 per chargeback). Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@testdepot.com and are subject to review. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Diagnostic Labs Policy

All sales for diagnostic lab services are final and non-refundable due to unrecoverable costs incurred by TestDepot with our third-party lab partners when lab tests are ordered.

Shipping and Errors

TestDepot covers shipping costs for all orders. In the event of a shipping error (e.g., lost or damaged packages), we will reship the product at no additional cost to the customer. Refunds are not provided in these cases.

Geographic Scope

TestDepot treats Florida residents and ships only within the United States, in compliance with Florida regulations for compounding pharmacies.
